MATERNITY LEAVE UPDATE: I plan on getting back into the salon beginning next week (4/18 & 4/19) very part time! I will be working days that my husband’s work schedule allows for that week & when/if we can get help from the grandparents to watch Grey. Grey doesn’t start daycare until September, therefore my schedule will look very different until then. Keep your eyes peeled on my social media pages (Instagram & Facebook @ BeautyMark by Brittney) along with emails for weekly updates on the days I’ll be in the salon! TIS’ THE SEASON TO BEING SICK: If you have symptoms of any illness, please reschedule your appointment. Your health & well-being is important along with mine & my other clients. The holidays are an important time for gatherings with friends & family & to miss out due to illness would be unfortunate. I would like to try and be extra cautious as I’m pregnant & my mom is immunocompromised due to her cancer & I spend a lot of time with her & my family. SNOW NOTIFICATION: On days of incelemt weather with large amounts of snowfall & icy roads, I will unfortunately be closing the salon those days. I will notify my clients that are booked those days & we will reschedule. If you are uncomfortable driving in these conditions as well, do not hesitate to reach out to reschedule. Now that I am expecting a baby in March, I want to be extra safe & cautious when I can be & not risk our safety. Thank you all for the continuous understanding & support. DIRECTIONS TO MY SUITE: Once you have entered Sola through the front doors, head straight down the long hallway. Take the second left after the wall of bathrooms to your left. Continue to walk until you see a glass door that reads “Sola the Spa”. You’ll see a glass door that says “Employees Only” first, but keep going around the corner & you’ll see the 2nd door that says spa. Enter that door & my suite is the 3rd door on the left #64! BOOKING: When booking your appointment with me online, I ask that you input your credit card info so we can have a contactless check out. I will take cash & Venmo if you’d prefer to pay that way, but please input your card info to proceed with booking. Thank you all & see you soon! IMPORTANT! When booking a BROW WAX, keep in mind that the skin around the eyebrows is thin. While regularly using a retinol can be great for exfoliation & anti-aging, it can also be a bad combo with waxing. Waxing skin with retinol use can cause an adverse reaction of redness, a burn-like appearance, & pain. Allow 5-7 days without retinol use before your facial wax to prevent a possible reaction! Cancellation Policy

All cancellations within a 24 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. If you are running late to your appointment, please text or call me. If you’re late by 15 minutes & I can no longer take you due to my schedule, a fee of 30% of the service total will also be charged. If I am the one cancelling due to illness or a personal reason, the fee will be waived. If you no call/no show, a fee of 100% of the service total will be charged.
